My name is Kristina Stewart and I'm a realtor with C.R. Realty and Co-Owner of the Local Property Group. I've been in the real estate industry since 2008 and am a native to West Houston. Growing up in Missouri City and Sugar Land, I left briefly to pursue my business degree, but shortly after, moved back home to start a family. My husband and I, along with our two energetic boys, have enjoyed home ownership in Richmond, Katy, Brookshire, and now Fulshear.

At Local Property Group we truly enjoy working with our clients and believe communication between clients, lenders, title, and fellow agents are what sets us up for a smooth transaction from start to finish. I grew up in the Houston area and have lived in the Fulshear area over 20 years. My background is in Landscape Architecture and Construction/Residential Service. I use this background to work together with each client and find the right property for them to call home. Each client is unique and treating them with the quality personal service they deserve is my goal.

Shareece is a native Houstonian with a strong business sense and passion for real estate. Shareece has an MBA as well as an MA in Psychology, providing invaluable insight into the real estate market and negotiating process.
