Thinh initially began real estate in 2013 with land development, working on projects such as Woodridge Forest (350+ acres) and Woodson Reserve (700+ acres), creating proformas and budgets ranging from 10M to 100M+. Thinh obtained his broker's license in 2021, the highest designation one can achieve for real estate transactions. Contrary to starting a franchise brokerage, Thinh opened a specialized niche brokerage to provide world class services. He runs an efficient business model with savings passing onto local communities. 90% of his residential transactions are referral based.
