Bryan was quick to respond to all my clients questions. Highly Recommend Bryan Beene for any Sales or Lease transactions.
I cannot say enough fabulous things about Bryan Beene. If I had 10 other houses to sell, I would use him to sell all 10. My selling situation was an unusual one: I was putting my home on the market two days before moving to another city 280 miles away. I HAD to have a Realtor who was trustworthy, honest and hardworking so that I could get my home sold for a great price -- and quickly. Bryan delivered more than I'd even hoped for.
When I interviewed him -- he was one of four that I considered -- he showed up with his A+ game. He had a presentation customized for my home specifically, in which he thoroughly explained how he'd market my home, what made Compass different and what HE did differently.
Basically, Bryan "owned" the opportunity from the moment he walked in. It was clear to me that he was earnest in his desire to provide his clients with the best level of service available. I also could tell that he loved my Montrose home. If I could see the level of passion he felt towards my home, others would see it, too. That's what would sell my home.
Prior to my selecting Bryan, he told me exactly what he'd do to show my home in its best light and to get the word out. He also offered to do some things that no other Realtor had offered. For example, he did not put a lock-box on the door. HE was the key to the house, he said, and if anyone was going to be in my home, then he wanted to be there -- not only to keep an eye on it, but also to hear what people were saying about it. Having moved to another city, I appreciated this level of care and guardianship.
Additionally, Bryan took steps to maintain the privacy and security of my garage apartment tenant, who was still living on the property. He did not show her apartment to everyone who had made an appointment to see the home; only to people who had requested a second showing. Although the selling of my home understandably would not be an enjoyable experience to my renter, I appreciated Bryan's efforts to make it "less detestable."
After 37 days of my home being on the market, 40+ by-appointment-only showings, and one aggressive price reduction, Bryan had my home under contract and for a much higher price per square foot than any other home in my neighborhood had previously garnered.
Moreover, Bryan is a gentleman -- a word that doesn't get used much these days because gentlemen are becoming fewer and far between. Bryan is ethical. He's a fair, ethical, glass-half-full person, who knows his profession like the back of his hand. He handled a son-of-a-gun, below-the-belt buyer's agent with expertise and finesse. He knew what battles we could fight and which ones we should concede. He even made personal concessions (e.g., minor fixes and repairs and the occasional had-to-be-done, out-of-his-own-pocket payment) to keep the ball rolling and the closing on track.
From my end, I can say that Bryan delivered the utmost in a pleasant experience. He provided a level of talent, skill and knowledge that exceeded my expectations by a long shot. If you're looking to buy or sell a home in Houston, Bryan Beene is the Realtor you need. He's THAT good!
